Pastor Joseph E. White

In 2013, Joseph White and his wife, Beverly, founded The Glorious Church with just five members and a powerful vision: to break down barriers of racism, bridge cultural divides, and transform poverty mindsets both locally and globally. Over the years, their ministry has grown into a model of successful community impact, forging strategic partnerships with corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations to develop innovative solutions that enhance quality of life.

District Elder White is a devoted husband to Beverly, proud father to Alaycia, Thomas, Catherine, and Rachael, and a loving grandfather to six grandchildren. His leadership continues to inspire and uplift communities through faith and action.

Elder Beverly White

Elder Beverly White is a woman of deep faith and passion, dedicated to inspiring everyone she encounters to embrace the abundant life made possible through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Grounded in Romans 8:28, she firmly believes that "all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

As a devoted servant of God, Elder White places the Lord above all, cherishes God’s people, and embraces the life afforded by His abundant mercies. She has enjoyed 49 years of a joyful and fulfilling marriage to District Elder Joseph E. White. Together, they share a love for ministry and work closely in every aspect of The Glorious Church of Jesus Christ. She is the proud mother of three daughters, one son, a daughter-in-love, two sons-in-love, and six cherished grandchildren.

Elder White’s entrepreneurial spirit and charitable heart shine through her accomplishments. She is the founder of two successful businesses: Innovative Fashions and BSW Alterations & Sewing Classes, through which she has empowered communities and supported worthy causes. Her annual Mother’s Day Gala raises funds for initiatives such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and scholarships for aspiring fashion designers.

Her contributions have been widely recognized, including the establishment of November 3rd as Beverly White Day in the city of Boston in 2013—a tribute to her impactful work and a loving dedication to her late mother, Lady Catherine Bristol.

Elder White is also deeply committed to charitable works, including partnerships with St. Jude Hospital, the “Hope 4 Haiti” initiative to build a health clinic, and various local outreach efforts such as clothing giveaways, nursing home visits, and volunteering at Rosie’s Place. Together with her husband, she provides marital counseling, mentorship, and etiquette classes, and has been instrumental in building homes for teenagers aging out of orphanages in Africa.

Her ministry also extends to empowering women through the “Sisters For Sisters Ministries,” a free sewing school she launched with her sisters, Myrna and Amanda, in 2020. By providing sewing machines and training, they equip the next generation with skills to become independent entrepreneurs.
